I have paid my DSTV instalment on 2011/03/10 however when i was filling upm the deposit slip i made a mistake and wrote an incorrect refrence number wich resulted to my paym ent not being recieved at multi chouice. i wnet to the maponya and reported the matter and was adviced to fax my deposit slip to the main branch of wich i did, a couple of times but still, when i go back to maponya branch i would find that they havent fixed the problem.would speak to one consultant after the other but would always be told the havent recieved feedback from the main branch. now account has been blacklisted due to the ignorance of employees of multichoice.
