Thank you DSTV for yet again deducting a payment off my account after I have cancelled my DSTV end of April! It took me an 11 minute phone call to wait as number 30 in line only to be cut off!!! Then another 10 min call only to be number 27 in the que. Why do I have to keep phoning and losing money due to your mistakes??? It has now been 8 working days. I still have not been paid back the fee that was deducted and I was told 7 working days. I refuse to make another phone call and wait for 12 minutes. Who will cover my phone bills for phoning you all the time? I expect an answer and payment today!
