Incorrect information supplied

On the 14th of June 2013 i reported that my card is lost and then i was asked which branch would be convenient for me to fetch a new card, i told the consultant that Maponya mall would convenient for me. On the 20th of June 2013 I received a sms informing me to come fetch a new at the Maponya Branch. So today I went to the Maponya branch to fetch the new card and when I got there it was a mess and the branch was under construction and closed. I then had to use my personal phone to call the call centre to find out what must I do as I didn't have cash on me and needed solutions. I then spoke to a gentleman who told me that my card would be ready at the Dube branch.

So my problem was why I wasn't informed in the first place that the Maponya branch will closed and that I had to I had to seek an alternative branch. For starters I used my last cash to take a taxi to Maponya and had no money to go to the Dube branch; that was the first inconvenience. I then had to call my father who was busy at that time to come fetch me so I could go to the Dube branch. Through all of this as I was so stressed I ended up loosing my phone.
