DISRESPECT TOWARD PAYING CUSTOMER

I WAS THERE TO PAY AN ACCOUNT FOR MY MOM. THE SELF HELP KIOSK (WHICH IS AS USELESS AS THE 'P' IN PSYCHO) WAS NOT ACCEPTING MY CARD SO I HAD TO GO AND GET CASH. ON DOING SO, I HAD TO NOW GO AND STAND IN TWO LONG LINES AGAIN.

WHEN I GET TO THE CASHIER, I ASK FOR HER MANAGER'S DETAILS AND SHE CALLS HIM. NEXT THING I KNOW, THIS GUY (JOHNOTHAN NAIK) IS NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. HE IS LAUGHING WHILE TALKING, WALKS AWAY WHILE I'M TALKING TO HIM AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE TELLS ME TO "VOETSAK".

I THEN FOLLOW HIM TO HIS BACK ROOM AND CONFRONT HIM AND HE'S ALL SCARED NOW. I TELL HIM THAT HE;S NOT MEANT TO BE SMOKING IN THE OFFICE LIKE THAT AND I COULD GET HIM IN TO TROUBLE WITH PEOPLE WHO DEAL WITH THE OSH ACT.

HE GOT MORE SCARED AND IS NOW STARTING TO SMILE LIKE A JACK- FOR NOW REASON.

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS IF THEY, THEMSELVES ARE LACKING PEOPLE SKILLS.

HE WENT ON TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER FOR HEAD OFFICE WHICH LOOKS LIKE A MULTICHOICE IN WESTVILLE DURBAN NUMBER.

I WOULD LIKE A REPRESENTATIVE TO CALL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE I TAKE FURTHER ACTION AGAINST MR NAIK AND MULTICHOICE.
