My current account was debited with R5000 with NO arrangement from Credit card ev which resulted in my account going into debit with same amount. This goes directly against various acts which protects both the client and the bank. NO arrangement was made, no communication was done yet it was authorized by the bank!
Same was done twice before which resulted in my not having sufficient funds to pay my vehicle and o/d which I have arrangements for. Is nobody checking on Nedbank and their bad practises?
They removed my creditcard from my banking profile so I cannot make payments even if i can.
