Birdie points no answers no accountability

I have been a member for 5 months and have spent about R8000 upwards at the proshop but have not been credited with a single birdie point. I have queried numerous times, both via call centre and with consultants. to date no valid response received. I keep getting told that it takes 45 days to reflect. From Jan to now is way past 45 days how is it that people cannot count. not even management responds. The only reason I use the proshop is the so called benefit of the birdie points. They are more expensive than the golfersclub.
Where are the benefits!!!
