A friend made a booking for us on PMG at King David but the next day more non PMG friends asked me to play with them at KD. I checked and there were more openings and I then tried to cancel but I could not. It said its confirmed.(which was a since at that stage my friend could cancel and not me and It was'nt stated that way) It was 6 days before the round. Since the one player was from Durban and I knew PMG and Last Minute golf was the same company I went ahead and paid for us 3 on the other Tee Time. I could also not get any answer at the PMG helpline and had to wait till 26 Dec to call in. My idea was to then ask them to take my PMG round for my booking at KD and credit me for the payment. Which could have been the same as paying for an extra round on PMG and credit it for Birdie points. But the person on helpline said sorry there is no way it works like that and my friend should have cancelled my 1st round booked via PMG. What this comes down to is once someone else books for you you lose control and ownership of what belongs to you and you have no control of it. And all of a sudden PMG and LMG has no connection. This system is constructed to benefit More Golf and not us.
