We had the unfortunate experience of eating at Zanzibar Westwood last night. We had purchased Groupon vouchers for steak. Firstly we had to book but the telephone number on the voucher is incorrect (not necessarily the fault of Zanzibar). We asked our waiter if we could use the voucher without booking, he agreed. We were seated at a table and asked how we would like our steak. We weren't offered drinks, starters, sauces with the steak. Eventually we managed to find the waiter and ordered our drinks. Our very tough steak arrived shortly thereafter (without starters or any sauces or sides - we weren't given that option). We paid for our two drinks and left! We won't be returning!
