Dreaded phoning these people but had to because I have to know what to do. Then I get put through to the extra view department and I dont want to speak yo them! After being on the phone listening to music for 20minutes I decided that!
Can these people not just employ more people??? Goodness knows, we are paying enough for all the reruns!!! You really cannot complain about service because there is NO SERVICE! Quick to take your money but other than that flippen USELESS!!!
