On Monday 09/09/2013, my husband and I went to Dros Carlswald to redeem a three course Groupon voucher. our waiter was Mbuso and he was horrible. He disappeared with our drinks order until we asked someone to go find him. After giving us our starters, he did not come back to take the dirty plates and refill our drinks until yet again we had to get someone to find him. The main course was steak, which he delivered medium to well done without asking how we would like it! After two and a half hours we decided to leave without eating dessert because he was nowhere to be found (the dessert was part of the voucher so we ended up leaving without getting what we paid for!!!). We had to ask for the bill at the door. He saw us standing there and ducked away! I have never been treated like this before or maybe because we were redeeming a voucher he thought he was doing us a favour by serving us, forgetting that we bought this voucher!
