Yesterday 15/10/2013 myself and my fiance went to Spur to have lunch. we arrived @ the store we were seated by a waiter and 10 minutes later the waiter returned to as for a drinks order as he requests the drinks order a 2nd waiter comes and then is introduced as the waiter so we then ordered a drink and a starter... a savanna and a black label with a half portion buffalo wings... The drinks arrived and everything was fine... then the starter was brought to the table... dry wings.. with no Dirky sauce in the wings but the sauces did come on the side. i called the manager and he took the starter back.threw sauce over the wings. requested serviettes and i ordered another beer... only 15 minutes later do i get the beer after i asked a waiter and a manager PATHETIC! BUT WAIT.. my fiance spoke to the waiter and asked if she could have a baked potatoe and onion rings and she was told that she cannot have that but she can have 2 hot veg with onion rings.i ordered the special.steak and calamari the meals arrived & the chicken had hot veg NO onion rings and my meal was fine except a used lemon i called the manager and he then takes the meal and microwave it. i cancelled the order!!
