On Sunday night (31/03/2013) my friends and i went to spur for supper. We arrived at spur n went to sit in a non smoking area upstairs. A waiter came n took drinks order. Everything was fine until we ordered main course. When the food arrived, everything was fine except for my 500g T-bone steak which i asked to be medium. It was cooked according to my preference but when i cut it the first time, i noticed that the bottom part of the steak was not basted, then we called the waiter n it was sorted but as soon as i cut the steak, it had a funny smell, i then asked the waiter to take it away n call the manager (Lenny) who eventually came n i explained my story, instead of offering me help or alternative, he just said there is nothing he can do, so i must order something else, of which i did n ordered a side salad. I waited n eventually came after 17 minutes when everybody was finished except for me. When the waiter came with it, i asked him to call the manager n a lady by the name of Phumi who is apparently the operator came n tried to apologies and offered me something
else, but it was too late because we came together to eat together. This was unacceptable for a BIG franchise like Spur.
