Is Multichoice confused or desparate

We pay our account with Multichoice on the 20th of every months as we are paid on that day. We never missed a single payment. In Dec we paid R360 instead of R260. We are supposed to pay only R160 this month. Well Multichoice is also aware of that fact. To our surprise Multichoice sent us an sms treathening us with disconnection & a R50 reconnection fee if we do not pay the R160 before the 20th. Our agreement with them is to pay on the 20th y now they want us to pay before that date. We do not appreciate stupid treats. The show us everyday and now they treathen us. Who cares the can disconnect their reapead there is nothing to watch anyway. Mark my word one of this days Multichoice is gonna loose more than half of their subscribers. These the show us and the I do not care attidude is gonna bite them one day. You can disconnect is tomorrow for all I care.
