Stunning fast service to replace decode

Thanks multichoice for turning something I dreaded into well, an enjoybale experience. No wait, a charming, informative and pleasant consultant who went out of his way to explain to me the problem and get it sorted out. On top of which I was very impressed with the centres hours... including a Sunday (if only I had known). I had to get my decoder replaced and it took 15 min.
