I lodged a complaint about a month ago and here we go again. Can someone please explain to me what the use of having a debit order for the payment of one's multichoice account is when you still get disconnected??? I demand a reconnection and refuse to pay reconnection fees!!! Deduct your money via debit order as instructed and stopdisconnecting my service!!! Really!!! So not a fan of Multichoice! Gonna switch to TOP TV soon!!!
