I called DSTV in Umhlanga, Durban and tried to have the ownership of my sister in laws DSTV account switched to myself. The lady on the phone could not assist in any way. I then went to DSTV in Umhlanga, on 12 January 2013. I was assisted by a young gentleman by the name of Ryno. His attitude from the word go was awesome, l and thats an understatement. He sorted everything out for me. He set up my new DSTV set, then made my decoder the primary decoder and my in laws decoder the secondary one, then added extra view. He then transferred the credit, being the full subscription amount for January 2013 which my sister in law paid, to my account. He did all this, even when he was supposed to finish his shift at DSTV, being 5pm that day. With more people like Ryno, customer service in South Africa could easily be the best in the world. Keep it up Ryno
