I also have the same probrem with Multichoice, before last month i was in a clear. and now out of the blue i was owing them R 600.00 which i cannot understand where it comes from because since i susbcribed to DSTV i nevver missed a payment except for 1 month and of which my services where suspended. which by the way was not last month it was a long time ago, now can anybody from multichoice balance my acc and explain to me where does R320.00 tha ti supposedly owe the comes from. because the last time i called them nobody could exlpain. some of the explanations are; some times i paid R 5 less than the required amount but most of the times i paid more far more than the subs. now if any one from their side can calculate how much i paid so far and call me before they disconnect and charge me for their own fault. just take a calculator and calculate before you add your reconnection fees.
