Still no way forward on my query a week later, goes to show how serious multichoice takes their subscribers. I have been contacted twice with a promise of a follow-up call which I'm still waiting for even today. I dont know what am I expected to do with a defective device as the place I am supposed to take it to can't help. The place I went to is listed on multichoice website but one multichoice agent suggested that the place I went to is not an accredited service center but was not in a position to provide me with the one I was supposed to go to. Overall I am very dissappointed. Multichoice has my query on their records
