Fitzanne approved payments without my authorization. Once we resolved this, I am still waiting for the account to be rectified. When I spoke to Theo he mentioned it will be done. When I spoke to Letiticia she sent me a mail to say it will be rectified. They are not rectifying the error nor are they sending me a corrected invoice.
