Last year I bought an apartment. Fitzanne are the managing agent. Fitzanne consistanly send incorrectly sms's and emails showing outstanding payments. I have contacted Fitzanne via phone and email sending proof of payments. Soon after I get a letter of confirmation of payments. The following day I get another aggressive letter saying I am in arrears. I feel they do not manage their process effectively and there is no one that they can hold accountable. The excuse I get is that this is a technical error and everyone has had letters and sms's sent to them. Too many mistakes too little accountability
