I went to the store to blacklist a phone that was, the person assisting with the forms wrote down the incorrect date of loss. The phone was blocked, when I went back to rectify the error I was asked to fill in new documents in order to receive a new reference number, now when I enquire about the new ref number I'm advised that they can't rectify the error and no new ref number will be provided. Date of loss and date last used for the device need to be rectified in order for me to open a case for this device. CAN SOMEONE AT VODACOM EXPLAIN WHY THIS CNT BE RECTIFIED...
