Incorrect Marks

I have written a 3rd year UNISA paper PUB3705 and my marks are captured incorrect. My exam mark is 64% and my year mark 3% however myUNISA says that I have failed the exam 9% was my mark. I have phoned the exams section and brought it to their attention that the marks are captured incorrectly and could they please correct this. My first encounter was with Andries who acknowledged that the capturing was incorrect and that he would take it up with his supervisor Nell Ledwaba and it should be corrected within that day. I went onto the myUnisa website the next day and to find that the marks were still not rectified. I contacted Nell to ask her what was happening and she just responded that i will have to wait for the official release date which is 20/12/2013. I told her why should I wait when I have picked up the error, she said that it could change, I asked her who was going to change it and her response was all results should be corrected by 20/12/13. I am shocked and appalled by her response as she has made no attempt to rectified this error. UNISA's needs to get competent people employed by their organisation. This service is unacceptable.
