All I want Is Some Feedback

I had a couple of issues with my Credit Card which I have rectified. When I mention issues I am referring to late payment, which was corrected within a day or two. I arranged for my APO for August not to taken off on the 25th and received confirmation that this would not happen. But one department did not communicate with the other and my account was debited and go figure the APO was returned (cost to me R138). It was agreed that this amount would be reversed. Customer care responded to an e mail that I had sent asking about the status of my account on Monday 2.9.2013 and advised that another division would respond to me. Tomorrow is the 5th September 2013 and I have still not had the courtesy of a reply. I am still awaiting for a reply to an e mail sent at the beginning of August.

I am not asking you to solve World Hunger, just a reply to my e mail.

Banks are quick to contact you when you fail to pay, but to get answers or replies when you have rectified the matter seems to be like a mammoth task.

May I please have the courtesy of a reply please.
