I phoned this guy 3 times, and send him an SMS twice. He had a TO LET board up in front of a house and I was interested to let it. When I phoned him the fourth time he said that the place was let LONG TIME AGO but the board is still on the house's gate! And if he must phone everybody back where will it leave him money wise! And here in the Cape we do things in a different way than in Gauteng he said.
Talk about BAD ATTITUDE and he does not even know about HELLOPETER.COM!
It is estate agents like this that gives the industry a bad name.
I myself was an estate agent for 20 years and NEVER did I say this to any person phoning or SMS'ing me!
