I called the Estate Agents Board to launch a complaint. I spoke to a person by the name of Thandi Nkosi on the switchboard which is apparently located in a different area from the Office (Perhaps Outsourced - Not Sure). They said that I must go to the [URL Removed]
and fill in the necessary complaint form and email it to there department. According to them we should not call them they would call me after 3 weeks and give me a reference number. After 2 weeks I decided to call them just to check on the status. They said they haven't received the form. I was upset so they said that I must email it to the head of the departments email: [Email Removed] I did this and the following day i called her to see if she received the form. Switchboard cannot get hold of her. I asked them to leave messages but I was still not contacted. I sent an email to her stating that her behavior was unacceptable and still no response from her. Every-time I call asking for her they say shes in a meeting or will be in only at 10:00am.
This kind of behavior is grossly unacceptable. Please assist with regards to this matter.
