I bought a residential property in Protea Glen Estate last year February, moved in on the 15th of February. Renico provided me with a 'snag list' to fill, which I did and returned to them within the required time. They've fixed almost all of the requests I had, but I had complains about the cracked walls I had in my property. This was first requested on the 1st March 2012, requested for feedback again on the 12th March 2012, and again on the 27th March 2012, another reminder was sent on the 4th April 2012, again on the 23rd April 2012. The cracked walls are getting worse each and everyday.
When I contact Anette, she responded by saying that she only does admin and forwards the e-mails to Johan so they can be sorted, There's nothing much she can do on her side.
I've sent them another e-mail on the 7th February 2013, to date there has been no response from the company.
Is Renico waiting for my house to fall down before they respond to my messages? Or are they waiting for the warranty to be over so they will not be responsible for this?
