I have a lot of patience but after almost 3 years, my dad's estate is still not finalized. It is not if he was a millionaire!!!
Between the 2 ladies handling the case, there is always empty promises and excuses! "We will get back to you"!
My pensioner mom desperately needs the money to be paid out and we need to sell the car and house but with ABSA taking their precious time, we can't do anything about it. Just more excuses! Even asking them to complete a policy from Momentum so that they can also pay out, it is still not done after 30 months!!
My own will and estate is with ABSA but I'm definitely moving it away from them, as well as my moms! I can just imagine how long it will take for them to finalize the estate after she passes away!
It is all about the money, inflating the prices of the house and cars so that they can get a bigger portion of the estate and now taking their time so that the costs can pile up!
