Since May 2013, I tried unsuccessfully to email and call the EAAB, but all the addresses were either invalid or there was no response. I submitted a certified Complaint Form in June 2013, and eventually it reached the legal department and although I've spoken to Nqobile several times, I can't get any satisfaction on progress, if any or a ref. no. It is so frustrating and just smacks of under-performance or just non-service! Am I wasting my valuable time trying to bring an Estate Agent, who was so unprofessional and only responded when i sent emails asking for a status and in the end just ditched me and left me stranded, whilst just carrying on with a colleague to satisfy her own needs?
No wonder there is such inefficiency and bad attitude in the industry and it seems a lot of these agents get away with unprofessional, if not unscrupulous behaviour! How does one get the EAAB to act and perform more efficiently and employ qualified personnel who know and understand their job function and the industry? I see many complaints on hellopeter, but wonder how many are being resolved!? Help SOS!
