Interested in a property, agent doesn't call back

I recently saw a sign board outside a property in Calvinia Road, Brentwood Park and contact the estate agent. She told me the price and what the house consisted of and said she couldn't talk as she was busy with her children at the time, which I understood totally. She said she would contact me and set up a time for Saterday last week... still waiting. I have smsed numerous times and called twice and got voice mail but see the house is still for sale... gather it is not meant to be!
