We have been living at 8 Bergvliet Estate, a name we have given the property, as we were ignored when we asked what address we give as our residence. This 'estate' is owned by Paul Neethling Rupert, son Hanlie Rupert.
The rental agent, Helena Fourie, was just plain rude from the first notification we gave her about things that weren't right in the house. It was a brand new place, so we understood that some things would be wrong or will start to show up at a later stage.
To cut a long story short, Helena in conjunction with Rika (supposingly the care taker) threatened us that we will be evicted, allowed people into our house without our knowledge, treat our visitors badly, our children aren't allowed to play outside and have fun, we also have been given notice, without any valid reason, FOUR TIMES already, that is a clear indication of a personlised attack on us. Helena went as far as telling us, by phone, that the owner doesn't want PEOPLE LIKE US (meaning?) living there, so everything will be fixed once we are out by the end of January. PAM GOLDING PAARL just stinks at all levels and I'm going public with that and the owner will hear from me too. There is more to this...
