A specific driver from this company has delivered to my house on three occasions. He refuses to exit his vehicle and merely sits hooting at my front door until my wife goes out to his vehicle to fetch the goods from him
( i live in an estate so he stops right in front of my door).
Yesterday he made another delivery and started hooting again as he drove in where my wife was already waiting for him. she again asked him not to hoot but to rather ring the door bell if she is inside as it is against estate policy. He had a very arrogant attitude towards her and asked why she is waiting for him in the driveway
(if he refuses to exit his vehicle what are we supposed to do?).
he then proceeded to answer his cellphone while she was talking to him and showed her various hand signals that she must get away he's busy. She went inside the house with his clip board and waited. He then proceeded to barge his way into my house and got physical with my wife grabbing his clip board from her leaving her with bruises on her arm. he was right up in her face.
he told her she can report him as nothing would come of it and that he is not her slave that must bring the parcels to our front doo
