Bad service, no feedback

On the 29th of January 2013 I phoned an estate agent that the person of the house referred me to, as I really wanted to apply for the house to rent... We spoke, she did inform me that there was a waiting list for people, but I had spoken to the tenant directly and he would not have given his notice in if I didn't push him to do so. Thus I phoned Hannelie Harris that's when she told me there is a waiting list. I accepted this and she said that she would send me an application form to try and get to rent the house anyways. I waited and received no response, to which I emailed and still nothing. At this point I was so upset that she could not assist and worse send me the application as discussed on the phone.

As far as I'm concerned, Rawson properties is a reputable company, but with this type of service, who would ever consider or trust an agency that doesn't get back to you.. no telephone call, no email, no sms nothing!!
And then companies want to know why they don't get any business.. because people get lazy and have a bad attitude when confronted. I reckon Rawson properties lack communication ethics!
