We bought a Property that was sold to us as the Estate Agents Cousins house. Her cousin was moving to Kanada and therefore was selling the property.
No one had the decency to inform us that we were actually buying the house from the Estate Agent herself and figured it out once we signed at the attorneys and the guarantees were been paid out. We were charged commission at 8.5% VAT.
We were First Time Home Buyers so they surely saw us coming. What a terrible expierence.
