Very poor service delivery

We applied for a bond from S.A. Homeloans on 3 January 2013. Everything was sent to Remax Walkerville. Remax couldn't find the Title Deeds of the owner. On 7 February 2013, I phoned Remax to hear what is happening because nobody is updating me. They said that they have now updated their system and the property is in the owner's name, everything is sorted, they will forward it to S.A. Homeloans. I phoned Remax today, 22 February 2013, to find out how far the process is going. They told me that the Offer to Purchase was not signed by the owner, they couldn't fax it to S.A Homeloans. I then drove all the way to Walkerville from my office, Kempton Park, to give them a copy of the Offer to Purchase which they emailed to me. Seeing that it is signed, they said that their system crashed and they lost everything. After giving them another copy, the Estate Agent, Steve, will phone back again. Numerous times I was told that I would be phoned back and nothing is ever done.
