Vangelis from Remax is indeed a very rude agent, and demanded I take another Agencies For Sale boards down off my walled property, and place REMAX signs on the wall, to which I refused. The initial call to me from Remax was also questionable, as the person calling me made me feel guilty for not answering their calls earlier that day.
When Vangelis brought the potential buyers through the house, I had visitors, and he was rude to me in front of my guest, instructing me regarding his boards (that his must be put up and another agents ones pulled down!!!) - and telling me "that their boards are expensive and best I didn't throw his hoards away! What terrible customer service. I am shocked. To top that, his PA emails me with a long story defending Remax and Vangelis. A simple apology would have gone a long way to avoiding me going to the Estate Agents board and the Consumer rights Council.
