Poor service

My husband and I agreed to purchase a home in Xavier Reef Estates, Ormonde Johannesburg. We inspected the home and drew up a list of issues (broken doors, kitchen sink, oven, etc) which was handed to the estate agent Maggie to have resolved before we move in. We signed the offer to purchase at the end of Oct 2013 and finance was approved in 1st week of Nov. We have been in constant contact with the agent following the progress of the repairs. It has not been completed to date. We were advised that it would be sorted by December. The property is multi-listed so the Remax agent is communicating with a guy named Aslam from Property Executives who is in contact with the seller. We are under pressure from the attorney's to have the transfer forms completed because the guy from Property Executives has given the impression that everything in the house is sorted.
At the moment we cannot sign to purchase the property as the repairs are not completed with no confirmation from the agent on date of completion. I am fed up with the service. My husband even complained via e-mail to Remax with no feedback.
