I bought a house via Leapfrog last year and received nothing but excellent service from them. Engela was my agent and she dealt with all my issues and queries with the utmost patience and understanding, even during my frustration at times with the process. After I had moved in, her and another lady (who's name I can't remember now sorry!) came to drop off a wonderful snack basket as a welcoming gift. I found their service amazing and I commend them for their dedication. They really made this process a very pleasant experience and went out of their way to do so.
