I bought a Property in July through Remax finest in the south of Johannesburg.
I have been asking the Estate agent that I worked with for a copy of my offer to purchase since August 2013, it is now the 8th of December 2013...
Not at all interested in the customer comes to mind...
I have spoken to the Principal of the agency over the phone for many other things that has gone wrong along the way because they haven't done their work in the first place, and it is now two weeks since he said he will phone me back when he gets to his office, I take it he has been selling properties for two weeks none stop as I am still waiting.
I am fedup with these guys as they just could not give a as soon as the deal is signed and the financing is approved Remaxs' job is done and you get no service what so ever from them afterwards.
Dear Remax, Principal and the Agent you know who you are!
