I am so disappointed the way REMAX does business even thou u place a better offer they still deny it and tells the buyer first come first serve even though her AIP was first granted and her evaluation of the property was done first it disgust me that estate agents can be so unfaithful & greedy with there commission rates where as the commission suppose to be between 5 & 7.5 % . this is a warning to those who purchase property from agents especially REMAX . They will take in a a final from a bond originator that is not even sighed by both the party who is purchasing the property & since when does it take a final granting offer a half an hour to be granted after evaluation
