We rented a place from Remax Sinoville, paid the rent, deposit and all the admin fee's. When we wanted to go and collect the keys the agent was in a meeting, so we left a message that we want the keys. We waited and waited and got no response, sent text messages and still no response. I phoned him at 2 and said we want the keys to move in, only to find out that we cant move in as the owner let the place to someone else. at 4 i phoned to find out what now just to be informed by werner its not his problem. We signed the contract but never got a copy and now according to him we don't have a contract. i told him that we don't have a place to stay, i have kids and dogs and furniture so what must i do at 4 in the afternoon to get a place to stay and the cost involved as the movers are there all loaded and the new owners are busy moving in. According to him all the extra cost to move again to store the things is on my account they will only pay the money i paid after they didn't do their work. These people shouldnt be estate agent if this is the service they give the public. they just leave families in the street and dont care at all!!
