Bad service and responce

I found a garden cottage to rent in boksburg. I contacted the agent in this case cle properties (epm rentals. I spoke to a guy called Tommy Nolte. He said the place is still up for rent. I went to look at the place and found it very nice and decided to move in. The deposit was paid and i moved in on the 1st of December. Tommy gave me the inspection list and said he would come get it after a week, witch i thought was quite resonable. When he came to collect the list i asked him when the repairs on the cottage would be carried out. He said they needed to speak to the owner and that he would come back to me within a couple of days. Two weeks went by and nothing has happend. I then phoned him and asked what was going on and when will the repairs will be done. He replied and said they have not yet contacted the owner. I told him that the cupboards in the kitchen is starting to mold due to the water leaking into the cupboard. Once again he said he will come back to me and that he had to speak to the owner on CLE first. Almost two months has passed and still nothing has happend. I once again had to phone the agency and this time I spoke to the owner directly (EON VAN DER WALT). NO REPLY
