Trafalgar have been beyond terrible for the past 3 years that we have owned our property which is one of the reason's I am so excited to move - I have never known such incompetence. more than 50% of our invoices have been incorrect and then after months of arguing they will find their fault with no apology.
We are trying to sell at the moment and they have completely overcharged our attorneys who are now charging us with the wrong amount and every statement they send is different and makes no sense! your accounting department is a disgrace! Give us our money back you!
