I deal with a lady called Marina Flynn, who is a of note! She is constantly adding this charge or that to our accounts. Every month I open my statement to find a surprise payment that she has included, then the next month she adds on Debtors collection fees. When they took over the property management from the previous Body Corporate, the included an amount only 2 statements later which they claim was carried over. So for two months it was not there, then it was. Then she has the nerve to add in debtors collection fees AFTER this has been paid. Considering that I have two properties with them, it is strange that there is debtors collection fees at the same time on both! Trafalgar is the shadiest property management company I have ever come across!!
Terribly annoyed and disappointed!
