We put our house in the market in October 2013 on joint mandate with leapfrog and since the contract was signed in first week they brought about 7 potential buyers but after sending an email about agents being arrogant and others not locking our house after a viewing we never heard a thing from them again, our house has gone under offer since and is not sold yet. We signed a contract for 7 month but yet even though its not off the market they have stopped marketing our house after first week, what is the point of a mandate when they don't market your house or bring anyone around. They are only preventing other agents who want to sell the property from doing so. If they don't want to sell it just say so and remove your board from our property.
