The house that we live in at present was on the market and the owner contacted 2 agents to market it for her! This person Tiaan Pretorius rang my doorbell one day and said that he heard that the house was in the market, so I gave him the owners number. He contacted her and arranged to bring potential buyers and that is when the trouble started. Since then an offer has been made on the house and the owner has asked him not to bring clients, but he ignored her and has been making trouble between her and us since. He tells her things about us that aren't true and he badmouths other agents as well as clients. He is arrogant and all-knowing and has made the buyer feel like an as if she doesn't know her rights. He just can't take 'no' for an answer and whenever he phones the owner he phones her from a different cell no, she says that she has about 5 cell no's on her phone saved under his name. I have never in my life dealt with such a persistent and arrogant person in my life. It seems as if all he wants to do is make trouble!! I contacted his superiors today and hope that he will be dealt with accordingly, this is unacceptable!
