I signed a 12 month contract with Just Letting to manage my house in 18 Oliver Leese road and bring the tenant to occupy it starting from April 2013. The contract I signed comes with rental protection in case the tenants don't pay up. According to the contract I signed, if the tenants decide to terminate the contract before it expires, they are liable to find someone else to occupy the house until the contract expires. I never received notification from Just Letting that the tenants were moving out of the house and neither was any payment made to my account. Attempts to get explanation from Just Letting were futile as no one was willing to explain to me what's going on. I have since put the house on market as I can't manage the house while I'm hundreds of kilometres away.
