Greef properties namely Arie Kade had a sole mandate to sell our house. We had to sell our house to buy a new house that we liked in the neighborhood. The new house is in a development that a so called friend of ours is developing. Our so called friend told us he would keep the new house for us for a period of time so we can sell our existing property. This week we have discovered that our agent who we told about the house we liked and wanted to buy, who was actually in our house last weekend doing a show house and we were talking about the new house actually has the new house on show this weekend. H didn't mention a word to us and we discovered this by looking at the greef website. Yes our so called friend the developer is also to blame but how low can one stoop... he knew full well we wanted that house and went behind our backs to sell it. We were going to buy it direct from the developer hence no comm to the agent.and this was a deal we have had in place for a while. It is just unreal that this snake went behind our backs and told the developer he can sell the house quickly for them. Last night he sent me a picture of himself with a beer in hand saying Happy Days- what a!!
