I am a landlord and I decided to get JustLetting to handle the management of my property. I even opted for the option of taking out rentsecure rental insurance that garauntees payment by just letting should the tenant default payment. The contract was signed mid December and I received rental income for the half month after the deduction of insurance and monthly administration management costs. I however have not received my January Rental. The financial manager mentioned that the tenants debit order was not registered and hence they did not receive payment.
This seems like major negligence from the administrative staff and now are awaiting payment from the tenant before forwarding payment to me. I am terribly disappointed with there response given that I have taken out insurance to prevent such circumstances.
