We put our house on the market to sell in February and choose Rawson's to market this for us as this was the company that sold the house to us. they were give a three months sole mandate and were to manage the rental contract as we relocated from JHB to EC well to my surprise non of the above where ever done, even the collection of electricity has not been done correctly. During the three months sole mandate the house was never shown to one prospective client and every time we enquired a different story came out. not levies where ever handled or paid. What is amazing is people who charge management fees and don't manage anything. I have since taken back the management of the property and have paid for 4 months of management or should I say MISMANAGEMENT!
I have for the last 3 months tried to deal with another agent in the same branch, who promised to me that she would try to resolve the issue and do a recon of charges and payments received, still waiting for some info!!! I cannot get the number of the Principle. They even breached their contract with non urgent repairs that were never approved, but I was forced to pay these. they don't care about client and this is short sighted!
