I enquired about a Property advertised on Property 24. sue -ann. made an arrangement with me to view the property and advised that she will bring a builder with to quote me on the repairs of the house. The so called builder is not even a builder but one of their estate agents. I made an offer on the house for the amount that it was advertised for and the following day she replied and said there is a higher offer already. I offered the higher amount and then no feed back again. 2 months later I see they are listing the property again. I emailed and phoned her multiple times and never received any response from them, I then asked someone else to phone and guess she answers. but advise that the property was sold. a Moth later I found out that the property was actually sold on auction. I do believe that they Sue Ann did not have the right to sell the house from the beginning.
They are a bunch of very dodgy agents and I would like to warn all not to make use of them.
